Welcome to the 29th Annual Richard Frucht Memorial Lecture Series and Student Conference.
The theme for this year's keynote lecture is: sociocultural anthropology. This year, we welcome sociocultural anthropologist Dr. Jing Jing Liu (MacEwan University), who will be delivering a lecture entitled "Disruptive Futures: What the Anthropology of Africa-Asia can tell us about Western Hegemony."
This hybrid lecture will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 7:00 pm in Room 2-115 (Education building) and via Zoom. Learn more here:
We are currently accepting abstracts for the student conference sessions, to be held on March 24, 2023 in hybrid format.
